Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Momager provides a web and mobile application that helps families and managers organize entertainment careers — gigs, contracts, payments, and related workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use momager.app and related services (the “Service”).
2. Information we collect
Account information
When you register, we collect your email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and profile details you provide (e.g., stage name, contact information, location).
Career and gig data
You may upload or enter gig details, contract documents, payment records, team contacts, chat messages, and other content you choose to store in the Service (“User Content”).
Payment information
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit or debit card numbers. Stripe provides us with subscription status, customer identifiers, and billing metadata necessary to operate your account.
Technical data
We automatically collect device/browser type, IP address, log data, and usage information needed to secure and operate the Service.
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and enforce account security
- Process subscriptions and send transactional communications
- Run AI-assisted features you request (e.g., contract analysis, drafts) using third-party model providers
- Monitor errors, prevent fraud, and comply with law
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
For users in jurisdictions requiring a legal basis, we process data to perform our contract with you, with your consent where required, and for our legitimate interests in securing and improving the Service.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers — hosting (e.g., Vercel), database/auth (Supabase), payments (Stripe), email delivery, error monitoring (Sentry), and AI providers when you use those features
- Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required
6. Data retention
We retain account and User Content while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. Stripe may retain payment records according to its policies.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, row-level access controls on user data, and private storage for uploaded documents. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. To exercise rights, contact us at privacy@claynation.music or delete your account in Profile settings.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to request deletion.
10. International users
We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
